Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within **1–2 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). 

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day(Monday) . Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard and expedited domestic shipping options are available across the United States:

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days)

Please note: Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment rather than the order date.

 Order Tracking
When your package leaves our facility, a shipment confirmation containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to register with the carrier.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
Damaged or Leaking Items: If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at `support@healhaircare.com` with photos of the damaged products and shipping box.
Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. H.E.A.L Hair Care is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to invalid or mistyped address information provided at checkout.
